Hartlepool Masons Christmas Party 16th December 2012

The Quango

Sunday 16th December Hartlepool Masons turned the Masonic Hall bar area into Santa's Grotto once again to hold the annual Christmas Party for children and the Grand children of Masons from Lodges in the building. The event was well attended with over 60 children and their parents and Grand Parent's in attendance. One extra special guest arrived on his Sleigh who distributed presents to all the children.

The Free Event is Organised by "The Quango" as they are known ,who are Brethren from the Hartlepool Lodges namely W Bro Paul Wilson, W Bro Malcolm Lindridge, W Bro Don Gooding, W Bro Derek Cornforth & W Bro Neil Fenwick. The Quango produce an annual calendar that is sold and all proceeds are used to provided a Party for all the children at Christmas Time.

All the children received Reindeer Antlers, flashing noses and the children were treated to a magician face painting, balloon making and a buffet. The party was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
